We are looking for individuals to participate in design research effort to better understand the upgrade experience when clients upgrade from version to version of the product.
We want to know what works well and what doesn't. What are the barriers to overcome for upgrades? Why do you perform upgrades? How long do upgrades take? Etc.
We are looking for clients and business partners across the different global regions that have experience with upgrades or have been involved in the decision-making related to upgrading versions of Maximo.
