  • 1.  Image Control does not work with me ?

    Hello all,

    I am using "Image Control" only in the application designer and not "Image Record" just to clarify. The image that I am placing it is JPG and it is placed in:

    <root>\applications\maximo\maximouiweb\webmodule\webclient\images

    Of course we  redeploy the .EAR and restart the server but still I can not see the image display ?

    Note: I am using Maximo 7.6.1.2

    Any help much appreciated.

    Have you checked if image is deployed in WebSphere <profile>/InstalledApp/Maximo.ear(or whatever is your app name) /maximouiweb/webmodule/webclient/images directory?

    You will need to place the image in the appropriate skins folder for the skin you are using the iot18 skin (current), your image would go in here

    /SMP/maximo/applications/maximo/maximouiweb/webmodule/webclient/skins/iot18/images

    Jason, once an image has been placed in the correct folder on the server, do ears need to be rebuilt, or does the server just need to be restarted?  

    Not something I have done a lot of in the past, but have a current requirement to add static images into the work order application based on risk rating.
