Inspect Forms instructions are appearing with Richtext tags

    Hello All,

    We are experiencing a weird behavior the inspection form instructions are appearing as non richtext tags  which was as earlier with Rich text.

    As soon as we enable our application Rich text by applying richtext .bat to convert existing maximo data to support rich text it corrupted existing Role Based graphite application Data.

    Any thoughts how to correct this ?
