Hi Stephanie,
What I've seen some organizations do is include the acceptable limits directly in the inspection question's description. In your case, however, this may not be practical. For example, with breaker inspections, different breakers may have different acceptable ranges. It sounds like you're trying to leverage Maximo data, such as the asset's Condition Monitoring points, to provide those limits dynamically.
While including the limits in the inspection question can work for some customers, there are also reasons why others choose not to. Many organizations don't want inspectors to simply enter a value that falls within the displayed range. Instead, they prefer inspectors to record the actual measured value and rely on Maximo's built-in condition monitoring and inspection automation to determine whether the reading falls outside the defined thresholds and automatically generate the appropriate follow-up work order or notification. This helps ensure the process remains objective and that corrective actions are driven by the system rather than by the inspector's interpretation.
Since you're using EZMaxMobile, there may be a way to retrieve and display that information within the inspection form, although I'm not certain. As Ram suggested, reaching out to Naviam (InterPro) Support would be a good approach, as they may already have a recommended solution or best practice.
