Is it possible, while the inspector is conducting the inspection, while he is completing the form the status of the inspection result is changed to REVIEW. Then another inspector will open the inspection result under review, verify, edit if needed and complete it. Knowing that our Maximo environment is 7.6.1.2 and work center 7.6.0.4

You could try to customize the work center but it's a very tedious task and won't be relevant once you get to MAS. In MAS there is a new UI framework that Inspections was rewritten for and they added a lot of features, including an optional review process (enabling system property mxe.mobile.inspection.features.enablereview). 

If you have Maximo Application Suite entitlements, you are able to deploy the Maximo Mobile applications to your 7.6 instance which would enable this feature. However, on 7.6.1.2 the latest version of Maximo Mobile supported was 8.8 which is no longer supported. If you are potentially considering going to 7.6.1.3 you would be able to deploy Maximo Mobile 9.0 which is still supported. Again, it does require MAS entitlements though to get access to the package.
