Hello. We are on 7.6.1.2 and wanted to look at Work Center. I'm able to go to https://server/maximo-x/ but it redirects to the Maximo Start Center. With 7.6.1.2, has the configuration changed from earlier versions of Maximo (e.g. 7.6.0.8). I am reading conflicting information about a Work Center field in Security Group on earlier versions, but I do not see it in 7.6.1.2 . The only promising tutorial I've seen is this Pam Denny video on YouTube - Maximo 7608+ Setting Security Access for Work Centers .

Does anyone know if this is the right steps for Maximo 7.6.1.2?

I set up appServerSecurity is true and configured web.xml and config.json properly (I think)

I gave read access to the MXAPIKPIMAIN in Security Groups > Object Structures

I am able to log into maximo-x by logging into maximo, then being redirected to maximo-x because my user is set up to be business analyst. I get some of the KPI loaded, but I get 400 error saying I don't have READ permission

The very basic you need to do once u have installed work center is to add the user to a role . Business Analyst or Technician for u to start seeing the work centers .
