Look, when you receive a Purchase Order, can void a receipt or return to supplir a receipt... do you know how they work?

the issue is 

The quantity is equal to 2, and he actually received one, but he received 2 in inventory receiving, so how can the system undo it?

Several things to tell you:

when you receive more amount than requested, the system notifies you with a very clear message and you, after the message, must accept by recording the transaction.

Now, once the reception has been executed, "if the material has not been consumed", you can cancel said reception with the "Select Receipts to Void" button.

It will show you the line received, you select it and upon accepting it, Maximo carries out a transaction of the type VOIDRECEIPT that if you look at the amount, it is with a - sign. If you control inventories, you will be able to verify that the available stock has been reduced.

After this, Maximo will allow you to receive again since if you look, the status of the reception went from COMPLETE to NONE.
