I believe this is available, but not on a per user basis. I believe this is a MAS Core setting now and is implemented for all users. To set it login to the MAS Core > Authentication > Under Identity Providers hover over Local > On the right side should be 3 dots > Configure Password Rules. Here you will see the screen I have attached below. Within here is a check box for "Force Password change on First Login". My experience with this, albiet limited, is that anytime the password is changed through MAS Core - it requires the user to reset their login aft logging in the first time.

Is the "Password Should Expire After First Login?" option available in MAS 9.1? When we roll out MAS I'm wondering if I can give a generic password to all users and have it expire after first log in.
