    Hi All,
     
    Is there any way to set a default value for the memo field in the Complete Workflow Assignment dialog?
    Each time user clicks the route workflow button in the application, Maximo will automatically set a value for the memo field like "Approved".
     
    Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

    Hello - Go to Database Configuration and Open COMPLETEWF. Go to Attribute > Memo and set the default value as Approved. Perform ConfigDB and then test the WF.



    One done, Approved will set in Memo

    Thank Prashant Sharma for your suggestion.
    I missed a key point, my expectation is setting a value for the memo field in the complete workflow assignment dialog when a specific user clicks route workflow.
