Hi, This is on Maximo Manage 9.0.53 and are facing a strange issue where the "Take Action/Follow Up Action" option or the action added to the form is not appearing when completing the inspection form.

We have verified that:

• The action automation script is already added to the form.
• The script is active. (OSACTION.MXAPIINSPECTIONRES.CREATEWO)
• Object structure also added with action,

All seems to be fine, but couldn't able to figure this out, nothing in the logs. Any help much appreciated. Thanks!

We had something similar with the scripts not showing up for adding them to the inspection form (as it was being created).  There was a permissions issue with accessing an object structure (inspections related) in the security group we set up to allow access to work centers (we are still on 7.6.1.3).  

This is known issue reported by IBM
