We use TRM Rules but have been directed to not make any new rules in the last 4-5 years. Where possible I am backing out our older rules and implementing them with CEM or Relationships and Crossover Domains, etc.
There is nothing wrong with the TRM product but when we talk to IBM about a problem they blame TRM Rules first and we have to spend time proving it is not the issue and so upper management has decided to limit it's spread.
