OpenShift is required to be supported.
Infra and system requirements are extremely variable based on the environment. The products you choose to deploy (Monitor, MVI, Manage, Maximo AI Assistant, etc.), how many users, the volume of messages for products like Monitor, etc. all impact the resource requirements. It's not perfect but the starting point are the calculators available here: Requirements and capacity planning - IBM Documentation
The normal MAS part numbers (there is an alternative for customers that already own CP4D) that you purchase includes entitlements to OpenShift that should provide more than enough entitlements for a traditional Maximo deployment. The number of app points you need will vary again based on the products, number and type of users, etc. Once you purchase the parts, you get access to the OpenShift media, get access to the IBM registry for pulling the container images, and get access to a system to generate a license key for the software to be usable.
There are enough moving parts that I'd recommend working with a business partner or IBM to help you estimate these things.

Subject: MAS : OpenShift obligatoire ? Prérequis et licences
Bonjour,
