maximo 7.6.1.2
When creating a new CUSTAPP, I get the error "BMXAA0031E - The MAXAPPS object is read-only. Check the business rules for the MBO or MBOSET object." the application designer stops at this error message and cannot end its process.
how can i fix the error.
