Inspection forms will be used to inspect flod and sewer lift stations on a weekly basis and log material conditions, check for abnormal pump noise, log pum run time hours, and etc. I would like to get templates or examples of inspection forms that I can use and modify as needed. Also, pump motors are routinely meggered and plan is to log motor data using inspection forms.
