We've made several changes in our mobile app's    .js files, but for migration purposes, manually updating each .js file is proving to be quite difficult. I would like to explore whether there is a way to consolidate all our changes into the appcustomization.js file.

It depends on your customisations. It's difficult to say what the best approach is, but I was able to make many customizations using only the AppCustumizations.js file.
