I'd like to know if anyone is having issues with Maximo Mobile transactions not syncing with Maximo. Many users complain that transactions get stuck in Mobile and Maximo is not updated.
We saw a case yesterday where the user went offline, and even with a good connection, it didn't go online. After closing the app and reopening, it was online again, but a few transactions failed with no apparent error message. Maximo was partially updated, and the user lost the other transactions because they couldn't be reprocessed.
In this case, it was Inspection transactions, but we've also seen similar issues with work order transactions.
