    Can anyone access Maximo Preview Site? It no longer works and a few weeks ago it was fine

    Yes, I would expect to see this preview site sunset very soon as it's 7.6.1.X.  You can access Maximo Application Suite via a trial here.  https://www.ibm.com/products/maximo
