• Is there a way to set up how many minutes before the system logs you out?  
  • Has this helped with App Points usage going back to the pool when a user is inactive?

We just had our system set to auto log out to 15 minutes of inactivity. We're not yet using App Points but do have some concurrent licenses and made the change to eliminate any overages in license use.

We're not on a version that uses App Points, so I can't answer authoritatively there.
