  • 1.  Maximo Workflow Does Not Stop

    Currently I have a workflow that is setup to wait for the status change of REVW (Synonym of INPRG), but there are instances, where the user goes to change the status to REVW and the system just spins/hangs.  When the system is spinning, it keeps on picking up the status change of REVW and creates thousands of transactions in the workflow history table. 

    Some Additional Background:

    Workflow is initiated on a Work Order Task

    Do you allow the user to manually change the status of the work order, or are all status changes locked and only changed through actions in the workflow?

    Please check the condition before the 'Wait' node. How many records it fetches in SQL studio ?
