I'm trying to load a bunch of PM's that use meter-based frequencies. For some reason, both PMACTMETER and PMASSETWOGEN attribute values are ignored. Is there something I'm missing?

    Hi Jason,

Have you checked your object structure to ensure those attributes are not excluded? More Actions > Exclude/Include Fields

I have had this issue in the past as well.  Make sure that the object structure is correct.  The PMACTMETER should be a 1 on the load sheet and the PMASSETWOGEN should be a 1.  The PMASSETWOGEN will only populate if you have the PMMETER.FREQUENCY input as well.  This needs to be on the load sheet as PMMETER.FREQUENCY because it is associated with a different table.  Hope this helps.

Thanks for the insights about the object structures. I've checked and they are not excluded, though.

And the PMMETER.FREQUENCY was a part of the load sheet.

I've also tried inputting the values as numeric 1 and text 1.

Last thing I can think of is what Steve suggested.  Make sure the attributes are not excluded in the object structure and make sure there is a relationship for the PM and PMMETER tables.  There should be but it is always safe to check.

    Hello Jason,

    It should work...

It isn't easy to understand the cause of your problem without looking at the file.

Can you share the MxLoader file with a sample of data?
