Migration Manager - Application into a new environment - Not shown in menu/cant be searched for in Find Navigation Item

So I created a migration package for a new custom application I've built and the and loaded it into the next environment. The application and all menu items /sigoptions etc have appeared to come over fine in the application designer.

I have setup a security group and added my user to it but what I'm seeing is its now showing up in the Navigation menu (under workorders) and when I search in the "Find Navigation Item" it does not show up.

I'm assuming I may have missed something in my migration package. Has anyone ran into this before or have any ideas where I should be looking 

From the back end sql queries the maxapps and maxmenu seem to have the same # of rows in each environment

Found the solution. Going to leave these up for when I forget in the future.

maxmenu should have included the following

moduleapp ='MEG_DEFERRALS' or keyvalue in ('MEG_DEFERRALS')
