Summary: A3J Group presented their own solution for work orders and requests in Maximo. OxR is a wizard-driven application that captures user requests in a simple and easy to understand format and creates records in Maximo. It is designed with the non-Maximo user in mind, requiring little, if any, training, and is easily configurable. As processes evolve, administrators can easily make changes and updates. OxR will natively support the request of Work Orders and Assets out of the box.
