    Hello
I'm seeking your MX Loader expertise on a contract management issue we're currently facing.

Context: The BI maintenance center needs to transfer the monitoring of approximately 350 pieces of equipment (step ladders and small equipment):
Currently linked to an internal SN contract,
    To a FIV contract.

    The objective is therefore:

To remove this equipment from the SN contract,
And then link it to the FIV contract.

Observations: Using MX Loader, we can easily add equipment to a contract.

However, we are unable to remove/delete equipment from an existing contract.

Question: Is it possible to manage this operation in bulk using MX Loader?

What object structure (cell A1) are you addressing your MxLoader to? I'm unfamiliar with the acronyms SN and FIV and I wasn't able to find a structure in the demo database that uses the contractasset object, so I'm a bit adrift. Generally, I would investigate the structure MxLoader is using to see if there are inbound setting restrictions or security restrictions, find a different object structure that does what I want, and/or create a new object structure.

I regret that I don't know how to solve your problem. Yes, it should be possible, but there are several layers of security and configuration to wade through. Besides the generalized suggestions above, have you enabled detailed logging in MxLoader and looked for clues there?

The Delete action will delete the main record and all the related child. In your example it will delete the contract.

Try to define an Integration Object Structure on the WARRANTYASSET object and use that one to delete the contract-asset associations. It is not guaranteed it will work but you can try.

Another option is to create an object structure with just WARRANTYVIEW and the child WARRANTYASSET object. Then you can use the "Sync" action. This should remove any child assets that are not present in the MxLoader sheet.
