Are there other users running into issues with the My Recent Applications menu item not showing those recent applications?  My experience in our production environment is not going so well but I seem to have no issues in our lower environments.   Occasionally it does work as expected but more frequently it will clear itself and only show 1 recent application.   I am using the same Edge browser for all environments but in the lower environments I can't recall this happening ever.    Our MAS version info = Maximo Manage 9.0.84 Build 20250218-1249 DB Build V9000-01 HFDB Build HF9000-18

There are a few defects around recent apps, the most similar sounding as this Known Issue: DT469545 but the way it's phrased makes it seem like you have to be on 9.1.15 which I know you shared you're not. It might be worth asking though because whatever the cause was here may have happened before.

The other issues I know are Known Issue: DT467331 and Known Issue: DT449512 but both of these are around situations where new apps are not added. Wouldn't cause them to get removed. 

I see them added, but often times the most recent just replaces the previous.   Oddly, it seems limited to Production.  We don't get complaints from other users as I don't think many use the recents feature.  I find it very handy along with the Find Navigation Item, since moving to MAS

Yes, I have been having the same issue. I don't recall it happening on 9.1.0, but it is definitely happening on 9.1.8. We have multiple instances across 2 OpenShift stacks and I have experienced this on every 9.1.8 instance (we no longer have any instances at 9.1.0).
