Hello everyone,
In a Work Order, under the Actuals -> Materials tab, an item was mistakenly returned to the wrong storeroom. Since the Work Order is in COMP status, as an administrator, I am unable to edit the Storeroom field or delete the line in the Actuals tab.
I tried correcting the inventory by creating an Inventory Usage of type TRANSFER from the current Storeroom to the correct one, and marked it Complete - so the item is now in the correct storeroom.
I was wondering whether there is any supported or admin-level method from within Maximo (not via direct database edits) to update or reflect this correction in the Work Order Actuals?
I am aware that Maximo keeps Actuals read-only after COMP for audit purposes, but is there a system action or workaround through the UI to reflect the storeroom correction?
