Hello all need an assistance on one issue we faced after doing the Maximo core and oil and gas upgrade from 7611 to 7613 and oil and gas from 761 to 762. We have interface table integration with oracle and pos cancelled in oracle are getting interfaced to Maximo but the corresponding pr is not reopening from close to appr status . Searched the entire repository of ibm could not find any such defect in version 761 as its there in 75 . Moreover in 761 we didn't face this issue for years together . After debugging all the integration related oob classes the only exception we saw is the event status change .pr.appr is failing but there are so many integration classes oob and it is not an easy task to see which class has broken . Any suggestions what we can do . Thanks a lot
