I am new to maximo and had a question. We are using Maximo 8.11 but using the old create service request application for service requests. For the location field, if I type a partial location name and click the magnifying glass it launches the lookup window but does not find any results because it only puts the % wildcard after the field value. Is there a way to add another % before the form field value in the lookup window so it gets the proper results?
Would like it to do this:
