    Reorder crontask generate empty PR. I have checked the reorder crontask logs but the generated PR lines and logs reorder is mismatch. How come reorder generate empty PR lines.

    the answers should be in the the reorder cron logs and the JVM logs.

    There are multiple reasons why the PRs are not being generated e.g. missing values / invalid values.

    I would recommend running reorder in the background, so it sends an email.  That usually has a lot more information.

    Try double-checking the preview reorder action on inventory, confirming that it's valid for reorder. Also, check if the vendor is valid.

    You can also verify if there are no global restrictions or automation scripts that could stop the cron from adding the items to the PR line. Can you create the PR for the vendor and select the item that should be considered in the reorder process?

    First you can do a preview reorder to check if that falls in the reorder process or not. One thing I had noticed earlier that if there is no order unit for that particular item,pr generation fails. You can check that too and lastly logs would give a better way to troubleshoot.
