Reporting Maximo get endless processing

  • 1.  Reporting Maximo get endless processing

    Hi

    when my user running report, they got endless processing view. Then i check SystemOut and SystemErr log ,but no clue what causing that. So i cancel the processing report via Report Administration, it said the report processing time still running about 37 minutes. Somewhen several report processing like forever.
    Does anyone have experience like this case?
