Hello,   I was wondering if there is a way on how to report on actuals (labour, materials, services, etc) and if there is a way to do so leveraging the Location Hierarchy?

Query based reporting is the easiest way to pull the actuals off each work order, but for the hierarchy, I am guessing you want something like the costs by system report (https://youtu.be/KVhzywE-4zQ?t=62&feature=shared) which shows the total dollars, so I think that gets you close and then you need a developer.
