Hi, 

We are trying to reset a meter attached to an asset using an  automation script at certain conditions.
I have tried using resetMeter() method but the method is not doing anything.
Can anyone please  let me know if this requirement can be achieved using automation scripts or we have to go for java customization?

Hello - How are you calling this method? What kind of script are you using?
When you call Reset/Replace Meter select action - it opens a dialog and you need to pass certain values before Reset can be done.
