Hi All,

Facing an error for scheduled report. I had scheduled some reports but nothing came through and it was unsuccessful when i checked the reportusagelog table.

On checking the logs got this error.

[ERROR] [MaximoUI_01] [] Failed to run queued report.

The error suggests that the Maximo process cannot authenticate its connection to the mail server. It will be connecting with a specific user name/password combination defined in the system properties.

Look for entries starting with:

mail.smtp.

If you want to see the whole conversation then set mail.debug to true

be prepared for lots of log entries
