Send email when assignment is added to work order for certain crewworkgroup

  • 1.  Send email when assignment is added to work order for certain crewworkgroup

    I am trying to send an email out via a communication template when an assignment is added to a work order for crewworkgroup='HVAC'. Would this be an escalation? If so would I run this on the WORKORDER object or ASSIGNMENT object?

    Just wondering the best way to go about this.
