Hi All,

Im trying to create a new record in service request application (Cloned SR application) and when I save it Im getting below error. 

BMXAA4211E - Database error number -727 has occurred when operating on SR : Class=SR Service Request=SR2024-1009. Report the error to the owner of the deployment.

Not able to trace why this error is showing. Could somebody help me how to resolve this..

Hi Raj,

Check the logs and see what you get. The error seems to be related to database connection, maybe there is timeout in db.

Check if the there are any long running transactions in SR table.

Thanks for responding. I found the issue and resolved. Its actually trigger problem in DB2.
