The dialogue sounds like a good option, the sensitiveness of the data is controlled so that's not the challenge, it's about knowing who has accessed a specific record in the event that a data leak has been identified. Just a thought bubble, is it possible to enable eSig on a specific tab in an application, not suggesting this would work but might be an option
