Ran into an issue where the End Date in the SLA usually applied to a work order through workflow expired and so have a few weeks of work orders without SLAs. Was looking to run an escalation to apply them which is pretty straight forward however, the SLAs are not being applied when its run. The escalation is to work order, the condition to test it is a simple "wonum='12345', the action value APPLYSLA. The escalation is running but not applying. If I go to the work order and manually apply SLA it works.

Back to this again. Any tips would be appreciated. Using Maximo 7.6.1.3 and trying to get the APPLYSLA action working on some existing Work Orders through an escalation. Condition tests out, it returns the correct data when used as a where clause in work orders. Using Apply SLA on any of the WOs in the conditions works fine. The escalation's last run time is updating and I can see it kicking off with no errors in systemout.log. Not sure what I am missing - what is different between the APPLYSLA app Action and clicking the Apply SLAs button in Work Order?
