    Hello,

    Ran into an issue where the End Date in the SLA usually applied to a work order through workflow expired and so have a few weeks of work orders without SLAs. Was looking to run an escalation to apply them which is pretty straight forward however, the SLAs are not being applied when its run. The escalation is to work order, the condition to test it is a simple "wonum='12345', the action value APPLYSLA. The escalation is running but not applying. If I go to the work order and manually apply SLA it works. Is there something I might be missing?
