I have a customer that is requesting changes to how some of their PM's are performed. They were using a log sheet posted at the asset. They asked us to create an inspection form to accomplish gathering the readings and characteristic information. they really dislike the way the inspection form works on the tablets especially the ability to review the choices, and review for approval. Next, we were asked to turn the job plan into about the same thing by adding characteristic meters for recording. This is not a very good solution. Have any of you had success with making the inspection form use and review more user-friendly?
