Hi,

Can someone help me? 

While restarting servers, one of the jvm (sys21) is not coming up? There are some errors related to hung threads and java null pointer in the logs. It was running fine before restart. I see a sys_21.pid file .is it okay to end that java process and try restarting the jvm from was again?

Can i try restarting the services? Please suggest

Also, in server session, i see all jvms except 2 ( sys21,sys22)

Yes if this is windows server, Node process might be stuck and it will not be restarted until you kill the related Java Process from Task Manager so you can kill it and then restart the service. If service is set to automatic restart, it will come up automatically.

If you are running on Linux server then kill the process by CMD and then restart the Node.
