    Hi All,
    We are facing issue while trying to access work center it will open the work center tab but it will navigate back to start center.
    In logs its showing you cannot login at this time not sure why its happening does anyone faced the same issue?

    Check the status of the MXINTADM user account and make sure it is ACTIVE. We seen this recently and after several weeks this is what we found the issue to be.

    Check the status of the MXINTADM account as it needs to be Active. Work Centres use OSLC and this account is required when it connects. We spent weeks troubleshooting this and this was our fix.
