In upgrading to MAS it seems like this menu has been moved to a sub-menu:

Is there any way to change this?

The Advanced Search/More Search Fields dialog will be exposed as a button in 9.1 but the other options around queries stays the same. There is no configuration option that I am aware of currently nor any plans that I am aware of to enable the feature.
