That is helpful, but my question would be then, how can I set the date up to update automatically without having to choose it each time so that I can schedule it.  Thanks for any advice.

Maybe you should set the condition directly in "where" clause in the BIRT report?

Considering that the report should run automatically you don't need any user intervention.

In the "where" clause you may select the WOs completed in the last week (something like "curent date - 7" or whatever is satisfying requirements that you have).
