Hi all

We have users unable to create manual PM work orders, receiving the error below.

BMXZZ7187E - Labour Hours must be greater than 0.

All appears correct on the chosen job plan. Unsure how to get these raised for the user. They raise them manually, without a PM regime in place, due to client instruction.

Hi Rob

The BMXZZ indicates that this is a custom message.  Please review if there has been a custom Java class assigned to the field or that there is an automation script involved.
