Appreciate your inputs on the question.
The situation is weird as due to disembarkement of platforms,bulk users will be made redundant and the fact is that since it is not known who will be made redundant in advance,we have this peculiar situation where we need to manage the workflow re-assignment of around 300 people,inactivating the user and person records,deleting the person records from the person group and adding the new delegate etc and since this is not standard process,there are concerns with knowing what approach we can take to manage this situation in the most efficient manner if not the best manner.
- Escalation with multiple escalation point but it will be difficult to manage, not a good solution if this too many escalation points are created.- We tried this option but creating more than 100 escalation points doesnt seem to be a good option on the production environment.
- Use Corn task with Automation script and handle delegate logic in it if you need more control and you can write this in dynamics way to support increased need in future.-- Are you referring to creating a custom cron to manage this logic using automation script?Do you have any suggestions on the logic flow that must be incorporated as the program might have to take the input of the delegate dynamically and how to achieve this?
- On basis of my question above, we may need to see other options.-- Kindly suggest any other options you can think of.
