I want to know if there is a way to remove items from create actions under service request be removed? I have been tasked to remove Problem, Change, Release under Create Actions from Service Request:
From the Start Center > Service Desk > Service Request > Under Common Actions , create a New Service Request > Under More Actions > Create > Problem, Change, Release:
Is this even possible and how so?

These are security sig options that you can remove from the service request application for the group that is granting access to SR.

In the security group application, you are going to modify that group that you need.
Search for the WOTRACK (Work order tracking) application and remove the checks on "Incident", "Problem" and "Release".
