I have a 7.6.1.2 implementation that the ConfigUI has stopped listing "Update Database and Build and Deploy EAR" as an option. Turns out the network account used to install Maximo initially has changed. I found this out by checking the Users directory and seeing two different profiles for the user. I'm guessing something happened with the user account in the active directory, and while it has the same login user name the GUID is different.
Anyway, when we open the ConfigUI to finish updates the option to update database and deploy the EAR files is not there.
Has anyone had this issue before and was able to fix it? I have tried to copy the old profile over to the new profile. While some of the console links did come over, ConfigUI still doesn't recognize the instance that is installed. I'm guessing there's some profile info stored in the NTUSER.dat file, but that can't be copied to a new profile.
