 Does MAS supports Bulgarian Language?

Hello Everyone, 
 
any idea if MAS supports the Bulgarian language.? 
 
I have checked ibm MAS documentation (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/maximo-manage/8.3.0?topic=deploy-language-support) but i don't find this language under supported language list...this is same case with Maximo 7.X version as well where Bulgarian language is not listed under the supported languages, BUT we have an option to Add unsupported second languages to databases (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/mam/7.6.0.9?topic=support-adding-unsupported-second-languages-databases)... 
 
I don't find the same option for MAS... so is there any other way to add secondary unsupported language for MAS? please advise.

No,  I have cross checked with IBM and have official confirmation!

It means there is no alternative solution as well which we have for 7612?
