 How to Add Table Toolbar Reload Button?

We recently upgraded to MAS 9.1.5. I've noticed that if I go to the PO application List tab, I see this table reload button.

However, if I go to the INTERROR application, in the List tab, there is no such reload button.

Does anybody know if this is configurable? I would really like to add that Reload button to the main List table control in the INTERROR application.

I think it's an issue of the PO and other applications being Power Applications rather than a Single Page Application. For example, Labor Reporting is also missing the refresh/reload button. I'm not sure entirely why it couldn't be there so it might be worth asking IBM. You can accomplish it by hitting enter in one of the filters though.
