Hello,

I would like to know if and how there is a way to create and insert a SITE by default and also to make it hidden:

1) Self Service - Create Service Request - <Custom SITE name> populated automatically (i.e. behind the scenes)

2) Service Desk - New Service Request - <Custom SITE name> populated automatically and potentially hide the field.

3) Create Work Order from Service Request to carry <custom SITE name> to the WO Tracking application
