System info: Maximo 7.6.1.2 + Maximo HSE 7.6.2
which means we have 2 Asset apps - ASSET and PLUSGASS
Custom screen changes were done only in PLUSGASS and that is the only Asset app given to users.
Issue: Users cannot log in to the Asset Data Manager Anywhere app (after pressing Sign In on their mobile device "Loading" message spins forever)
Solution we've come up with was to give access to ASSET app to ANYWHERE_ASSET_MANAGER group.
Drawback - Users belonging to that group can now see both Asset apps.
Question for any / all Anywhere experts (Bradley/Steven ?) - is it possible that Asset Data Manager app is hardwired to look only for security settings of ASSET app or is there any way we can point it to look at security options for PLUSGASS app?
