1) get experience
2) look at what the exam covers and break that down into what area you do not know about or need a better understanding, then research or ask an experienced consultant.
For research, have a look firstly at the courses available from ibm.com/training, have a look at the info available from the likes of the IBM Community forums and MORE Maximo, and look at the online documentation supplied by IBM. You can always do an internet search too, to gain information about a topic.
